The Lorax at the Library

will be the site of a recreation of the Truffula Trees as Children’s Librarian Martha Vines reads Dr. Seuss’ story, “The Lorax,” and children from the audience play the story, led by Corrine Durdock, creative dramatics teacher.

Children (and adults who want to join in) will create the forest of Truffula Trees. They’ll join in the happy song of the Swomee-Swans, become frisky Brown Bar-be-loots and splash around like Humming Fish.

See what happens to the forest and learn what we can do as those in charge of future forests by attending the April 14 program.
