Experience Yom Kippur with PJ Library

Celebrate Yom Kippur and teach your children the traditions of this important Jewish holiday.

PJ Library, a program of the Jewish Federation of the Lehigh Valley, Jewish Community Center of Allentown and Jewish Day School of the Lehigh Valley focused on instilling Jewish values through reading, brings you this next installment in an ongoing series of events for children and their families.

Enjoy a special reading of "Red, Blue and Yellow Yarn: A Tale of Forgiveness" by Miriam Kosman. It's a sensitive tale about a young boy's strained relationship with his very proper grandmother. How will his Bubby react to the mischief he stumbles into? Surely, she's never acted like he did - or has she?

There will also be crafts and other activities for children ages 8 and younger. The cost to attend is $12 to per child, parents are free.

To register now, call the JCC at 610-435-3571 or e-mail Brenda Finberg at bfinberg@lvjcc.org to learn more.
