"Chakra Crawl"

Stacy Hoch, MA, CLC will be hosting an eight week sequential “Chakra Crawl” workshop. Each week will be an exploration of one chakra (or energy center of the body), working our way up from the “root” to the “crown.” Utilizing art, movement, chakra wisdom, group work and meditation, participants will be given an opportunity to assess how their chakras may be affecting their lives. 

This workshop is a progressive and expressive opportunity to delve into self exploration while being a part of a group who is equally interested in journeying and healing in a safe, loving, and curious environment. 

Cost: $160 
Due to the sequential nature of this particular style of self investigation, it is strongly recommended that participants dedicate their time to each session.
