Emmaus Dash and Splash 5k

Proceeds from this race will
benefit the Emmaus Special Entertainment Commission and the Emmaus
parks system which is host to over 40 FREE events each year.  Race registration includes FREE admission to the
pool on race day.  Cash prizes to the top
3 Overall M & F, plus awards to the top age group runners.  Special prize to the most patriotic
runner.  Packet Pick-up at Emmaus Run Inn
– date and time TBA.  The 3.1 mile course
starts at Community Park, meanders' through the streets of the town's south
side, and finishes with a gradual decline for the last mile before returning to
Community Park.  The course offers a few early inclines as it makes its
way towards Rodale Headquarters but eventually levels off and those hills you
cursed early quickly become your friend on the way back to the park. 
You're sure to find that second wind.
