This year our picnic will coincide with "Emmaus Community Days" celebration. C.E.P.T.A. is joining in to celebrate the East Penn community, and we are pleased to have Representative Ryan Mackenzie speak at our pavilion, the North pavilion, from 4 to 5 PM about this year's budget. Please come out and join in the celebration, mix and mingle, talk, and share in a good time. We will be showing videos of our past meetings, which we hold monthly so you can see what we do.
