New databases for library patrons to access using their library card. BOOKS & AUTHORS, CAREER TRANSITIONS, and TESTING CENTER. Also MICROSOFT TUTORIALS.
CHECK OUT OUR NEW DATABASES -- EPL patrons can use their library card barcode to access a new database from an icon on the web page called BOOKS & AUTHORS. It gives a rich background of thousands of titles, author bios, links to reviews, award-winning books, characters in books, etc.
TWO OTHER NEW DATABASES ARE : The TESTING AND REFERENCE CENTER with practice tests. Think GED, SAT, LSAT, Citizenship exam, and many others. And CAREER TRANSITIONS DATABASE where you can research possible careers, get tips on resume writing, cover letters, simulated interviews, plus so much more.
Also don't miss the BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS for Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Word 2010, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access 2010 and Microsoft PowerPoint 2010.
