Feed Your Inner Geek at the Da Vinci Center's Science Salon

On Dec. 21, the Da Vinci Center invites adults to participate in a night of casual, scientific conversation.

Whether you work with science, teach science, or just want to know more about it, be sure to check out The Da Vinci Science Center’s innaugural "Science Salon" tomorrow night at 6 p.m. at the Allentown Brew Works.

Inspired by the Café Scientifique movement in England, Science Salons are casual and conversational evening programs featuring science professionals. They are meant to encourage those curious about science and to bridge the gap between scientists and the public.

Tomorrow night's salon, titled “Reaching the Outer Limits,” will focus on the Earth’s solar system and the discussion will be lead by Dr. Gary DeLeo, a physics professor from .
