CEPTA - June Meeting with guest speaker Commonwealth Foundation

CEPTA is pleased to host the “Commonwealth Foundation” at our next meeting. This meeting will be the perfect tie-in/continuation to our last month’s event on “Payroll Protection.” The “Commonwealth Foundation” is a statewide association that promotes for a more limited and efficient government through more effective spending of public funds.
Below is a list of the topics that will be presented to us:
How much money is the state spending right now?

  • How does PA compare to other states?
  • Gov. Corbett’s proposed budget overview
  • What’s happening with the Governor’s priorities: pension reform, liquor privatization, Healthy PA
  • Latest updates on paycheck protection
