Furniture & area rugs

I am looking for someone who can refinish furniture. I have an antique dining room set, pine, several pieces need to be refinished. I also have an antique secretary that needs to be refinished and an antique chair that needs to be reupholstered. Also area rugs that need repairs to the binding and to be cleaned. Looking for someone that can do it at a reasonable price.
