Linda Sheftel, Neighbor

This week, Beth Wernham will be subbing for Linda on Monday at 9:30 AM. 
The 6am  Wake up and Flow class on Tuesday and the Extra Gentle 11am class on Friday are canceled, both instructors are traveling.
