Liberty Property Trust Names Bill Bumber As Vice President of Development for Lehigh Valley/Central Pennsylvania Market
BETHLEHEM, PA – July 8, 2013 -- Liberty Property Trust today announced that Bill Bumber has been promoted to Vice President of Development for the Lehigh Valley/Central Pennsylvania market, which also includes the industrial corridor between Harrisburg, Pa and Hagerstown, Md.
Bumber, who has been with Liberty since 2006, currently oversees development and acquisitions for these same markets. He has more than a decade of experience in the construction and property management industry.
During his tenure at Liberty, he has developed more than five million square feet of real estate.

Before joining Liberty, Bumber was a project manager for Cutler Associates, in charge of developing and managing more than 900,000 square feet of projects in the Lehigh Valley.

A graduate of East Carolina University, Bumber earned a degree in Construction Management. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and a Committee Member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
He lives in Emmaus, Pa., with his wife and two daughters.
