We now have a 5am class, and a 9am class on M/W/F, and a 9am Regular class on Saturdays.  This is in addition to our regular evening hours.
If you're not sure CrossFit is for you, the only way to find out is to come in and try a Free Intro.  There are plenty of places out there saying they have things "kind of like CrossFit"……but it's not CrossFit.  Bootcamps and P90X aren't CrossFit either.  Come and see what real CrossFit, and certified, experienced CrossFit Coaches can do for you!  Stop wasting your time and money and start getting some real results!
