Day Cation Owner Pulls Application for New Massage Parlor

Day Cation owner Mi Kyong Park had his attorney withdraw his application to build a massage parlor from Whitemarsh Township and request that a March 7 hearing before the Zoning Hearing Board be cancelled, the article said.

Park’s effort to move forward with the Fort Washington location, the article said, was met with concern by area residents and local officials, who weren’t comfortable with the “nature” of the proposed business.

Day Cation, 616 State St., opened in early December 2011, with ads appearing on philadelphia.backpage.com in the adult entertainment category announcing Day Cation’s grand opening on Dec. 10 and Dec. 22. and touting “pretty Asian masseuse with soft hands and gentle touch.”
