What's Halloween Without a Horror Film Festival?

Be sure to check out this year's 6th annual Student Horror Film Festival.

Listen up all you horror movie fans:

The 6th annual Student Horror Film Festival kicks off at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 13. If you’re in middle school or high school (or if you’re a parent, pass on the info) and want to make your own scary movie, the competition will begin in the at Emmaus High School. Each middle school or high school team will have 96 hours to create an original horror film up to six minutes in length using assigned story elements (like setting, character, plot or theme).

Each film must be submitted to on Oct. 17 between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. There will be cash prizes awarded to the winning team in each division, and each film will be shown to the public at the Emmaus Theater on Oct. 30. Tickets are $3 at the door (but student team members are free) and an awards ceremony will be held immediately after the screening.
