Mezza Luna Brings Classic Rock to the Stage

This weekend, the Sports Bar & Grill in Allentown is hosting two popular Lehigh Valley cover bands (for free!).

This weekend, Mezza Luna Sports Bar & Grill brings you two great bands of the Lehigh Valley:  The Aardvarks and The Lou Franco Project. Both bands have been asked to perform regularly at Mezza Luna because they’re both known to keep audiences singing and dancing to a wide variety of loved music.

The Aardvarks originally began in 2002 as a duo (guitarist/vocalist Mike Rauscher and pianist/vocalist Rod Walls) called A Pair of Armadillos. Over time, the two were joined by a bassist, drummer and second guitarist/vocalist. By 2004, the band adopted a different strange “A” animal name and now performs both public and private shows throughout the Lehigh Valley with a library of more than 100 songs (both originals and covers from 1970 on).
