Stahl's Pottery Festival--25th Anniversary

Stahl’s Pottery Preservation Society, Inc. will hold its 25th annual Summer Pottery Festival on Saturday, June 16, 2012.  The Summer Pottery Festival features tours of the potting sheds and kiln, thirty-two potters displaying and selling traditional and contemporary pottery, pottery demonstrations, hands-on potting opportunities, an exhibit of historic Stahl’s pottery, baked goods and light refreshments.

The Festival will feature the sale of a redware sgraffito plate commemorating the 25th anniversary of Stahl's Pottery Festival made by Joel Leh, great grandson of Thomas Stahl. In addition, a recently published book entitled "Stahl's Pottery of Powder Valley" will be available.
