As a member of the Emmaus Special Entertainment Commission, I'd love to invite our Patch friends to a FREE concert at the Arts Pavilion at Emmaus Community Park.
This concert is a Friday night concert - great for a date night - and will feature the Big Band Ambassadors - a 17-member band that's well-known throughout Eastern PA. It's rain or shine since it's in a covered pavilion.
If you don't mind having the kids up a little later now that school's out, bring them along and let them dance in the park as the moon rises.
The pavilion is large and seats up to 300 people, but when it's nice, people bring chairs and blankets and hang out in the grassy area surrounding the pavilion.
The music can be heard throughout the park, so it's just fun to let the kids play at the playground while the tunes are rolling through the speakers.
