Winter Storm Makes for Pretty Pictures in Emmaus and Upper Milford

A wintry mix coated trees, signs and streets as another winter storm passes over the region.

East Penn students enjoyed their third snow day this school year after a wintry mix arrived late Monday night. By Tuesday afternoon, a heavy fog rolled in and covered most of the Emmaus/Upper Milford region adding an extra element of winter.

The National Weather Service has kept the winter weather advisory in effect until 9 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19. There's a 60 percent chance of freezing rain for the morning commute.
