UPDATE: Wintry Mix Expected Tuesday Night
The forecast has changed, potentially bringing more snow to our area. No matter what, it sounds like morning drive to work and school could be messy on Wednesday morning.
UPDATE: The weather forecast for our area has changed and it's getting whiter.
The National Weather Service now says that tonight's forecast calls for a 100 percent chance of snow, possibly mixed with sleet, mainly after 10 p.m. with a low temp around 30. New snow and sleet accumulation of up to 3 inches is possible.
On Wednesday, there is an 80 percent chance that rain, snow, freezing rain, and sleet will continue before 1 p.m. beforea chance of rain. Little or no ice accumulation is expected. New snow and sleet accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
