Accomplishments: He was in Lincoln's school theater production last year, and loves to perform.  He also performed last year at Emmaus' SnowBlast Festival and played to a huge crowd at King Koffee.

Key to Awesomeness: One of Joel's fans says, "Joel is an amazing musician.  He works so hard at his passion, and is a great singer, and plays the guitar, the bass, and I'm sure other things as well.  He's really a great kid, and is very focused on school and his music."

 A note from his parents:

From a very young age, Joel demonstrated a love of music. At age 4, he performed for the first time singing a duet with his father in their church, Faith Presbyterian. Joel is currently studying bass guitar with Stephen Andrusysyhn of Emmaus Lesson Center, and upright bass with Connie Arnold at Lower Macungie Middle School. He is a self-taught guitarist as well. Joel enjoys performing in the Emmaus community, and has even penned a few original songs of his own.
