  1. Slurp In Public: It’s that magic date July 11 or 7-11 and that means just one thing. Free Slurpees at 7-Eleven from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.  See you on Chestnut Street.
  2. Weather the Storm: It could be pretty wet at times today, according to the National Weather Service. There’s a chance of showers and thunderstorms before 10 a.m., then showers and thunderstorms possible for pretty much the rest of the day. And, to make things even better, forecasters are saying that some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Highs should approach 83.
