Why go: Satori, a professional chamber music ensemble, based in the Lehigh Valley, will perform Baroque to contemporary -- chamber music with guitar, clarinet, flute, and strings.

3. Listen Live! Music
When/Where: Upper Milford Township Municipal Building, 8 p.m.

Why go: “Gifted folk singer-songwriter Lori McKenna brings her soothing voice to our stage as part of her 2011 tour.” Professional music, in a local venue at affordable prices.

Pricing: $20

4. Clover Hill Vineyards & Winery – Beginner Wine Tasting Class
When/Where: 3-4:30 p.m. Feb. 26 at Clover Hill Vineyards, 9850 Newtown Road, Breinigsville.

Why go: What better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than learning how to appreciate wine!

Pricing: $25 per person.

5. Godfrey Daniels
When/Where: 7 East Fourth St., Bethlehem, 8 p.m.

Why go: Tavern Tan: the popular group performs American music that used to be played live in pubs and taverns until Karaoke machines took over the joints.
