Emmaus Home is Emmaus Patch Deck the House Winner

We'll learn Friday if the Emmaus Borough home was named one of the 24 nationwide finalists, bringing East Penn schools one step closer to winning $100,000.

Joseph Dronetti's house has been named the Emmaus winner in Patch’s national .

Dronetti, of 327 N. 5th St. in Emmaus, said he he has been accumulating Christmas decorations for his home for more than 10 years. He starts putting his lights up before Thanksgiving while it is still warm out and the whole process takes about a month.

This is not the first time that Dronetti has been singled out for his Christmas decorating. His home has made Morning Call columnist Bill White's annual holiday llight tour for the past four years.
