Sunday at LivingRoom Yoga
Sunday brings choices for everybody and every body, start with an all levels class at 8am with Kim. Want to warm it up come to the 10am warm class with Kevin, all levels. Later bring your 2-5 yr old, for the Child's Play with Stacy at 2 pm, $10 for parent and child.
Later relax with Teri as she takes through a guided mediation, Yoga Nidra at 4pm. All classes can use the class card.
