LivingRoom Yoga ..Explore postures in a new way.....benefiting from the assist of a partner! Bring a friend or make one in class....Partner Yoga can help both practioners deepen their possibilities in many poses. Studio owner, Linda Sheftel will partner in her instruction with instructor Pat Brown. Get ready for some laughter and let yourself enjoy a fun-filled practice on Saturday, February 1, from 1:30 - 3 pm. Cost is $15 and sign-up is required.
