LivingRoom Yoga Wednesday

Linda Sheftel, Neighbor

Wednesday AM class is cancelled, will have class at 1:30 with Linda, levels 1/2, come and enjoy the your time on the mat. Later in the day Teri will be teaching a Level 1 Gentle at 5:30, and warm up with Heather with a Level 1/2 for Athletes.
