"Tweens" may find a sanctuary in yoga, develop self confidence and focus while learning this ancient tradition. Structured much like an adult class, Tween Yoga helps the student to cultivate mindfulness, body awareness, and creativity. It can help reduce growing pains, increase flexibility, support good posture, and improve mental fitness, concentration and focus. The class will include a yoga flow sequence using gentle postures with guided proper alignment, and guided relaxation at the end, led by an experienced child yoga teacher, Stacy Daniels. The date is Saturday, March 15th, 2:00-3:00 pm for $10, class cards may be used.
