The newly-renamed Lehigh Valley Science Festival will return on Saturday, March 22, 2014, with a free public carnival at Coca-Cola Park in Allentown, Pa.
The Da Vinci Science Center, Leadership Lehigh Valley, and several additional partners held a successful festival in April 2012, with more than 2,000 people attending its free carnival event.
The Lehigh Valley Science Festival builds upon a national movement begun in 2007 to hold community science festivals across the United States. These festivals are designed to engage people of all socioeconomic backgrounds in inspiring and entertaining experiences with science and technology. The Da Vinci Science Center is the festival’s managing partner.
