Nor'easter Will Bring Heavy Rain: Tuesday

By Daryl Nerl

The good news is that we shouldn’t have much ice or snow to worry about. The bad news is that we are still in for some nasty weather Tuesday into Wednesday.

The Nor’easter that everyone has been talking about since last week will hit us by mid-day Tuesday, with a possibility of some snowflakes to start. However, by 3 p.m., whatever is falling should all be rain, according to the National Weather Service.

But the bad news, again, is that this rain could be very heavy. The Emmaus area might see an inch or two of rain Tuesday night and up to another two again on Wednesday, forecasters say. Localized flooding is a possibility.
