The work week has only just begun, but there are a couple of great ways to take a break from the action on Tuesday night, with concerts scheduled at both Jefferson Elementary and Emmaus High schools. 

If music isn't your cup of tea, here's what else is happening in and around Emmaus on Tuesday:

  • Emmaus Shade Tree Commission meeting, 4 p.m., Borough Hall, 28 S. 4th St.
  • Emmaus Public Library Adult Book Discussion Group, 7 p.m.,  11 E. Main St. 
  • Jefferson Elementary School winter concert, 7 p.m., 520 Elm St.
  • Emmaus High School Choral Concert, 7:30 p.m., 500 Macungie Ave. (EHS Auditorium)
