What is ZUMBA® “A Latin inspired dance fitness class!!” Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Easy to follow steps and great rhythms make it a FUN way that melts fat away and improves overall health.
Zumba® - Zumba® classes are an up beat faster pace workout. It gets your heart rate up and you will SWEAT!!! You will be dancing to REAL Zumba music with some top hit songs that you hear now on the radio. You will burn calories, stretch, tone, and meet great people, and most of all have FUN!!! Zumba® class runs for about 1 hour.
Zumba® Gold – The Zumba® Gold classes are low impact and slower steps. Good for Active Seniors and Beginner Seniors!! Zumba® Gold can also be done while sitting in a chair. You will be dancing/moving to the Zumba® beat. Zumba® Gold is to keep you moving while stretching and toning. You will meet great new people and most of all have FUN!!! Zumba® Gold classes run for about 45 minutes.

More About St. Matthew's Evangelical Congregational Church
Take one look at this solid-looking church and that old hymn may come to mind: "A Mighty Fortress is Our God." The church, across the street from the Emmaus Post Office, was the site of a miracle. In 2000, the building blew up when a pressure relief valve failed to open in its heating system. The miracle is that no one was killed by the explosion, which literally lifted the building into the air. It happened early on a Sunday morning, hours before worship services. Nearby St. John's Lutheran Church graciously hosted St. Matthew's congregation for the two years it took to rebuild the church.
