Free Sunday Summer Concerts

Emmaus Community Park, 1401 Shimerville Rd, Emmaus, PA | Get Directions »
FREE

Every Sunday through the summer a free concert is offered at the Arts Pavilion at Emmaus Community Park from 6 - 8 p.m. It's rain or shine since it's in a covered pavilion.

Every week will feature a new band ranging from country to bluegrass to polka and big band. We have plans to add even more this summer!

People of all ages will LOVE dancing around to the fun music!

The pavilion is large and seats up to 300 people, but when it's nice, people bring chairs and blankets and hang out in the grassy area surrounding the pavilion.

The music can be heard throughout the park, so it's just fun to let the kids play at the playground while the tunes are rolling through the speakers. The snack stand will be open until 8pm for special treats or even a quick dinner.

Our new food vendor is revamping the entire menu to make it more health conscious!

If you'd like to stay 'in tune' with everything that's happening in Emmaus, 'like' this FB page! I will keep it updated with our free concerts, free Zumba/Yoga classes, and other really fun family-friendly events as we continue through 2012.

More About Emmaus Community Park

Emmaus Community Park

Emmaus Community Park

1401 Shimerville Rd, Emmaus, PA

Formerly known as Pine Tree Park, a small amusement park, it has been Emmaus Community Park since 1957. Whether you come for music, a ball game or just to let your kids play in its playground, you can enjoy many hours in the park. Eventually you will barely notice trains rumbling by on busy tracks flanking one side of the park and the Pennsylvania Turnpike carrying noisy traffic on another. The park's amenities include the borough's swimming pools, baseball fields and the open-air Performing Arts Pavilion, where many folks enjoy band concerts in summer. The park has many picnic pavilions, which should be reserved in advance. It also has a paved walking trail that passes over Leibert Creek, which has been allowed to revert to a largely natural state to prevent soil erosion. The park is along Shimerville Road just off Pennsylvania Avenue.
