An argument turned physical recently in Upper Milford Township, with a man shoving a woman and the woman kicking the man, police said. Both will be cited for harassment, according to state police at Fogelsville. The pair, unnamed in the report but listed as a 21-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man, began arguing about 10 p.m. April 23 at 3331 S. Seventh St. Extension, police said. An Upper Milford Township service station recently reported to police that someone has on several occasions used its fleet gas card to purchase fuel at the business' expense and without its knowledge. A representative of Mechanics Plus of 4701 Colebrook Ave. said that its Hess fleet gas card has been used at different Hess stations in Lehigh County on several occasions without the permission of the business, according to state police at Fogelsville. State police filed the charge, but an Emmaus-area man may have to answer to a higher authority for allegedly scattering rubbish at an Upper Milford Township church camp. Brendan Trapp, 22, is accused of dumping trash about 10:30 p.m. April 7 on the grounds of Victory Valley Camp at 7472 Sigmund Road, according to online court records and state police at Fogelsville. He dumped several pizza boxes, five bags of household garbage, a dresser and a gerbil cage. Someone recently chose a low-use Upper Milford Township roadside to discard their hazardous liquids, police said. Four 40-gallon, blue plastic barrels were left along Scout Road between Rock and Geisinger roads. The barrels were left between 10 p.m. April 16 and 12:30 p.m. April 17, according to state police at Fogelsville. The barrels contained water, automatic transmission fluid, brake fluid and deisel fuel or kerosene. Police did not say how full each barrel was or whether any of the liquid spilled. Two men literally carted away 18 iPhones worth $10,000 recently for free -- at least for now -- from a Lower Macungie Township department store, according to police. The unidentified men walked into Walmart at 3 p.m. March 30 and loaded 18 of the phones into their cart, according to state police at Fogelsville. The problem was they pushed the cart out of the store at 1091 Mill Creek Road without paying for the estimated $10,000 in merchandise.
