Last Week to See Flapper Fashions at Allentown Art Museum

An exhibit of fashions from the Roaring 20s at the Allentown Art Museum ends Sunday.

The Allentown Art Museum of the Lehigh Valley is offering two special exhibitions that allow visitors to experience the colorful styles of the 1920s along with exotic, tropical scenes from the heart of the Caribbean. Pedal Car Show Opens Saturday at America on Wheels

America on Wheels Museum in Allentown celebrates its 5th anniversary with pedal cars exhibit.

America on Wheels Museum celebrates its 5th anniversary with the opening of a new exhibit Saturday, "Wonderful Woodies of Years Gone By." The replicas of automobiles of the early 1900s were built of expensive materials and propelled by pedal mechanisms, according to the museum. The cars on exhibit will include: The museum is open Tuesdays through Saturdays, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sundays noon-5 p.m. Museum admission is $8, adults; $6, seniors; $4, ages 6 to 16; free to ages 5 and under.

Steve Martin Headed Back to State Theatre

Martin and his band the Canyon Rangers will perform a bluegrass show April 28.

Actor, author, comedian and musician Steve Martin returns to the State Theatre later this month to perform with The Steep Canyon Rangers in an evening of Bluegrass and Banjo. The show will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 28. The show had been originally been scheduled for November 2012, but was postponed due to Hurricane Sandy. Tickets from that show will be honored. Martin will perform bluegrass and banjo tunes from his Grammy-winning album "The Crow” as well as his second full-length bluegrass album "Rare Bird Alert" that was released in March 2011. Tony Bennett to Sing at Sands Event Center in July

Legendary jazz singer scheduled to perform in Bethlehem on July 26.

  Legendary singer Tony Bennett is scheduled to play a show at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center on Friday, July 26 at 8pm. Tickets range from $80.50 to $126 and are now on sale. With a career spanning more than 50 years during which he has won 17 Grammy Awards, Bennett most recently added a third installment to his Duets project, entitled Viva Duets. Emmaus Grad Dane DeHaan Stars in 'The Place Beyond the Pines' With Ryan Gosling

Zionsville native Dane DeHaan is busy filming 'Spiderman 2' as his new epic crime drama 'The Place Beyond the Pines' opens.

A new crime drama starring Emmaus High School graduate Dane DeHaan has opened in select cities and will be shown widely starting April 12. "The Place Beyond the Pines" includes Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes, who play DeHaan's parents, and Bradley Cooper. Sneak Peek: Crayola Experience Will Reopen in May

Crayola Experience in Easton will reopen in May with new activities and displays that the company hopes will attract 150,000 more visitors a year.

Ink that puffs up when you heat it. A 40-foot wall of crayon bins. An 85-foot water attraction. Those are all among the new features kids will be able to see and take part in when the Crayola Experience reopens in May. Easton's main tourist destination closed for renovations in mid-February, but on Tuesday, the company gave a tour of its soon-to-be-upgraded building to members of the media and local officials. "This really is going to be a reimagined facility," said Victoria Lozano, Crayola's VP of corporate strategy and development, who led the tour. John Mayer Tickets at Allentown Fair Go on Sale Friday

Grammy award-winning artist John Mayer will perform at the Great Allentown Fair for the first time, and on opening night.

Grammy award-winning artist John Mayer will perform at the 2013 Great Allentown Fair on its opening night. Tickets for Mayer’s first-ever performance at the fair are $46 and $66. They go on sale as part of a special launch of Mayer’s “Born and Raised Tour,” starting at 10 a.m. on Friday.  Tickets will be available Friday only through Ticketmaster online and phones.
