Streaker’s Punishment to be Kept Confidential, EHS Says
Whether or not the Emmaus High School student who ran through the field naked at last Friday’s football game is punished is a confidential matter, according to school officials.
Emmaus High School officials are remaining closed-lipped regarding what, if any, disciplinary action will be taken against the 17-year-old student who ran naked across the football field during last Friday’s matchup between the Hornets and Freedom High School.
The young man was arrested by Bethlehem Police following his stunt. He was charged with disorderly conduct, open lewdness and defiant trespass and released to his parents.
In an statement sent via email, Emmaus High School community liaison Nicole Bloise wrote: “Whether student disciplinary action is taken or not, due to confidentiality, the information will not be released to the public.”

Bethlehem Police arrested him and charged with disorderly conduct, open lewdness and defiant trespass. Unless these charges are dropped or reduced, this young man actions will follow him everywhere he goes from now on. Open Lewdness is not something anyone wants to deal with.

Can't he get that erased when he turns 21?

Why would he get arrested at age 21? He has charges pressing against him now and with him being over the age of 16 he will have an open record which will follow him through life.

Everyone gets way too up in arms over little things. I'd rather see a kid run through a field naked than to see him covered in guns ready to shoot up the place. People in this area over react way too much. I'm sorry if I offend anyone here, but honestly who cares? Remember back to your youthful days, life isn't meant to be so judgmental and flustered over the stupid little things. Like previously stated, it's a human body, not semi-automatic rifles and hand guns.

I hate what we are doing to kids these days! he streaked for petes sake! he didn't commit murder! what are we becoming as a society where we will say it's ok to legally kill our own children (abortion) but want to punish kids for silly HS dares? twisted sick upside down world we live in!

Actually as a teen you can illegially kill your child and be free on parole. Just look at the sentencing for teen or mothers under the age of 20, usually the most it is a yr in prison thats all for murdering. I guess if you want to break the law have your kids do it for you then no jailtime at all.
