St. Ann’s 30th Annual Fall Fest Kicks off Tomorrow

Much-anticipated annual event will run from Thurs., Sept. 6 through Sat., Sept. 8.

 

The Church of St. Ann’s 30th Annual Fall Fest will run from Thurs., Sept. 6 through Sat., Sept. 8 at the church, located at the corner of 6th and Wood streets.

As in past years, the three-day festival will feature local bands, ethnic and carnival foods, rides and games and live music nightly. Admission is free, parking is plentiful, and the Fall Fest will run rain or shine.

Fans of ethnic foods will want to keep in mind that the ethnic kitchen, featuring halupki, haluski, pierogies and goulash, is open on Thursday and Friday evenings.

Wrist bands for carnival rides can be purchased nightly for $15. There event also features a kids’ games area, as well as small games of chance including Bingo.

Nightly hours are as follows:

  • Thursday, Sept. 6 from 5 to 10 p.m.; Music performed by Taking Tomorrow from 7 to 9 p.m.
  • Friday, Sept. 7 from 5 to 11 p.m.; Music performed by Hoozya Daddy from 7 to 10 p.m.
  • Saturday, Sept. 8 from 4 to 11 p.m.; Music performed by Vinyl Diner from 7 to 10 p.m.
