Police Called to South Mountain Drive in Upper Milford Saturday
Emergency personnel closed South Mountain Drive for a short time Saturday morning as police responded to a report of man with a gun making threats.
State police were called to a home in the 4500 block of South Mountain Drive in Upper Milford Saturday morning to investigate a report of a man with a gun making suicidal threats, according to police scanner reports.
Upper Milford Eastern District Fire Department closed down South Mountain Road shortly after 8:30 a.m. to assist state police at Fogelsville.
The man was taken into custody and transported to a hospital by ambulance.
The road was reopened by 9:30 a.m.
