Philadelphia Eagles Bury Garrett Reid

Team supports Philadelphia Eagles Coach Andy Reid Tuesday as his family buries eldest son Garrett, who died on Lehigh University campus.

The Philadelphia Eagles came out Tuesday to support their Coach Andy Reid as he and his family buried their son Garrett, who died on the campus of Lehigh University.

Friends, family and former players like Brian Westbrook attended the funeral for Garrett Reid, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Garrett Reid had a troubled past.

Reid was found dead Sunday before practice at Eagles training camp at Lehigh University. He had been helping the team as a strength and conditioning assistant coach.

The story said that former Quarterback Ron Jaworski and linebacker Jeremiah Trotter attended too.

The Eagles closed practice Tuesday to attend the funeral. The team will have a walk-through Wednesday morning before playing its first pre-season game at home against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Camp closes at Lehigh University next Wednesday.
