Patch Reader Praises Mountains of Hope Founder Sue Brown
Emmaus Patch reader wants to help spread the word about Mountains of Hope project in Equador.
To the editor:
Sue Brown had a spot at Emmaus Farmer's Market as a vendor, so lots of people were able to see the beautiful crafts she had brought from Equador to sell, in order to buy more goods for them to keep making items. My cell phone case on a strap came from her, plus an apron.
She was a speaker at a monthly meeting of our Woman's Club of Macungie, where we were all caught up with her passion. I highly recommend having her as a speaker to help spread the word of her wonderful project. She deserves any support possible.
I have high praise for Sue Brown and her work and wish everyone could be aware. She has an assistant, JJ, who helped at the Farmer's Market and has made at least one trip to Equador. JJ is part-time Manager of the Lunch Program at Ridge Manor and is very well liked there. Actually, it's because JJ wore the cell phone case with a strap around the neck that I bought one.
