Roy J. Renninger, 101, died March 30, 2012 in The Lutheran Home at Topton.
Roy J. Renninger, 101, formerly of Emmaus, died March 30, 2012 in The Lutheran Home at Topton. He was the widower of Harietta (Renninger) Renninger. Born in Frederick, he was the son of the late Charles and Katie (Johnson) Renninger. He worked for the former Walter Long Feed Mill, Center Valley for 30 years, retiring in 1984. He was a member of Zion’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Old Zionsville.
Survivors: Sons, David E. Renninger and wife Catherine of Emmaus and Roy J. Renninger and wife Doris of Conyngham; Daughters, Audrey J. Heicklen of The Villages, FL and Joan Yvonne wife of Walter McLellan of Brevard, NC; 9 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, and 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
Services: Funeral Services Thursday, April 5, 2012 at 11 a.m. in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Viewing 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Zion’s Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery. Online condolences may be made to www.schantzfh.com

Roy was a wonderful kind human being. My wife & I enjoyed bowling w/ Roy back in 2002. He was always lots of fun to be with at the bowling alley. Our sympathy goes out to his family.
