"Didn't answer any questions" I am sure that wasn't a shock to anyone. I emailed, called, and even wrote letters trying to get him to answer some direct questions about the NIZ. Guess what I got ? Nothing. These are the kind of politicians that need to find there cushy job they recieved from favors and just melt away.

I am not surprised by what you stated. Rumor has it that Mr. Browne is not running for public office after his term expires. The NIZ enabling legislation, created by Browne, did not conform to the PA Constitution; I have heard, from people more familiar with the situation than I, that years ago he wrote legislation that lead to the current PA teacher pension crisis. These were seriously flawed pieces of significant legislation that Mr. Browne had responsibility for creating. I am firmly Republican, but I still believe Mr. Browne is not representing the public very well.
