Proud Jefferson Elementary School art teacher and Jefferson Art Club advisor Heather West took the art club to Creamery on Main on Tuesday to work a little bit of holiday magic on the Creamery's front window.

The art club is participating in a holiday window-painting competition happening in the downtown between now and the first weekend in December. The theme of this year's competition is "Twas the Night Before Christmas," and the Jefferson students but their one twist on the classic in honor of the Creamery, painting a young boy and a young girl nestled in their beds with visions of "sugar cones" dancing in their heads.

The competition winner will be announced on Dec. 3 at the Old Fashioned Christmas weekend, sponsored by the Emmaus Main Street Partners.

Thank you to Mrs. West for submitting these photos of the Jefferson Art Club in action!
