Get Out: Five Things to Do This Weekend

Patch to the rescue! We’ve got the best bets for your done-work-outta-here time.

 

1. Karaoke Night Pub on Main

When/Where:  Friday, 9:00 pm at The Pub On Main, 102 E Main St, Macungie.

Why Go: Admit it, karaoke is always good for a laugh.

Pricing: Listening is FREE. Drinks are not.

2. All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast and Bake Sale

When/Where: 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., Saturday, at Old Zionsville United Church of Christ, 5981 Fountain Hill Road, Old Zionsville.

Why Go: Because breakfast is the most important meal of the day. With, baked goods being a great mid-morning pick-me-up, of course.

Pricing: Depends on what you eat and decide to buy for later!

3. Spring Rummage Sale

When/Where: 8 a.m. to noon, Saturday, at Emmaus Moravian Church, 146 Main St, Emmaus.

Why Go: You never know what treasures you might discover.

Pricing: Depends on how much shopping you do.

4. Children’s Outgrown Sale

When/Where: Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. until whenever you get tired of shopping at Macungie Memorial Park, 50 N Poplar St, Macungie.

Why Go: Kids are expensive and you could uncover some useful gems at an attractive price.

Pricing: Based on what you buy.

5. Forgotten Felines & Fidos Annual Longaberger Basket Bingo

When/Where: Sunday, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Head to 3450 Brookside Rd, Macungie.

Why Go: Bingo is fun and you’d be helping out a good cause too.

Pricing: $20
