Why Go: The story of Coppélia is about a mysterious inventor, Doctor Coppélius who has made a life-size dancing doll. The doll, Coppelia, sits on her balcony all day reading, speaking to no one. It is so lifelike that Frantz is infatuated with it, and sets aside his fiance, Swanhilde, to swoon over Coppelia.
Pricing: Ticket prices range from $16-$20 and the after matinee party is $7 for children and $3 for adults.
When/Where: 1 p.m. March 31 at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church.
Why Go: Bring your Pokemon cards and Beyblades for an afternoon of fun in Emmaus! Learn how to play the real Pokemon game from the Pokemon Crew! Participants will receive a pack of cards and a slice of Joe's Pizza. 100 % of the proceeds benefit Autism Speaks.
When/Where: 1 p.m. April 1 at Emmaus Citizen's Fire Co. #2.
Why Go: Because some of those baskets are pretty awesome. And Easter's right around the corner.
