Why Go: It's a series of concerts and get togethers that promotes and encourages appreciation of the works of Johann Sebastian Bach.

When/Where: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 14 tour Emmaus historic properties including the 1803 House, Shelter House, Knauss Homestead, Emmaus Historical Society and Emmaus Moravian Church, then beginning at 9:30 a.m. May 15 join the Downtown Walking Architectural Tour which meets at the Emmaus Moravian Church and continues to the God’s Acre Cemetery Tour and the Wunnerfitz Tour of 23 Emmaus Properties.

When/Where: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 14 at the Historical Society's 1892 Building, Normal and Whiteoak streets, Kutztown.
Why go: The festival caps off Arts Festival Week when the Kutztown Community Partnership holds its one-day festival of visual and performing arts that also includes crafts, food vendors, children’s activities, strolling entertainers, and artisans selling one-of-a-kind wares.
Pricing: Depends on how long you stay and what you find that you can't live without!
When/Where: 1-5 p.m. May 15 at Bear Creek Resort and Conference Center
Why Go: One word: wine. But seriously, in addition to the wine and food tastings, guests will enjoy live music and seminars.
Pricing: $25 in advance, $30 at the door. Advance tickets are available for purchase online or in person at The Inn at Bear Creek.
