Emmaus Students Gather Honors at Colleges and Universities

Some earned a sheepskin, others made the dean's list.

 

Several students from Emmaus Patch have been cited by their colleges and universities for achievement:

Amber Moralis of Emmaus, recently graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Moralis earned a Master of Arts degree in Photography.

Three students from Emmaus were among the 250 Wilkes University degree recipients in December 2012.

  • Lindsay Bielli, of Emmaus, earned a Master of Science degree in Education.
  • Jennifer Schanz, of Emmaus, earned a Master of Science degree in Education.
  • Ashleah Tomasino, of Emmaus, earned a Master of Science degree in Education.

Eric Rivers of Emmaus, has been named to the fall 2012 Dean's List at Mansfield University. To be named to the Dean's List, a student must be attending the university full-time and attain at least a 3.5 GPA for the semester.

Three local students were named to the Dean's List at Clarion University of Pennsylvania for the fall 2012 semester, earning a grade point average of 3.5 or better. Rachel Beck, Andrew Bourizk and Brittany Fritz were all recognized for their academic accomplishment.

Northampton Community College announced that a number of Emmaus students earnd Dean’s List status for the Fall 2012 semester. To be named to the Dean’s List at NCC, a student must complete at least 6 credits and earn at least a 3.5 GPA.
