Emmaus Police Release Recent Incidents

The following information was supplied by Emmaus police. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

Emmaus Police Department has released the following recent incidents involving the borough:

Charged: Jocob Dorney, 18, of 146 Lee St.; Sept. 3 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernailia in the 200 block of E. Harrison Street, police said; summons to be filed.

Criminal mischief: Reported by four victims Sept. 7; vehicle tires slashed; two in the 400 block of Railroad Street and two in the first block of Keystone Avenue, police said; no value given.

Charged: 14-year-old boy with unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia after incident reported Sept. 7, police said; charges filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Probation.

Theft: Reported Sept. 9 by a resident at the Lehigh County Housing Authority, 120 N. Third St.; UPS delivery taken, police said; no value given.

Charged: Jessica Lynn Tummarello, 19, of Kempton; Sept. 9 with underage drinking in the 400 block of Broad Street, police said; citation issued.

Access device fraud: Reported by resident Sept. 10; unauthorized use of her credit card for $105 purchase, police said.
