Emmaus man Sentenced to 18 Months for DUI Crash
One passenger killed, another seriously injured, in June 2010 car accident in Upper Milford Township.
According to The Morning Call, Joseph M. Hammer, of Emmaus, was sentenced on August 1 to serve a minimum of 18 months in jail after admitting to driving drunk during a June 2010 Upper Milford Township crash that killed one passenger and seriously injured another.
Hammer, 23, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence, homicide by vehicle and driving under the influence, The Morning Call reports.
