The Emmaus and Upper Milford Joint Environmental Advisory Council (EAC) is sponsoring an Earth Day clean-up tomorrow, rain or shine, at Emmaus Community Park. Emmaus Patch residents are invited to come out and help.

Some highlights of the day include:

• 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. – Street clean-up activity, which will send groups out to at least 13 locations in the Borough of Emmaus and Upper Milford Township to clean litter along local roadways.
• 8:30 a.m. to noon – E-Waste recycling at Community Park. All kinds of electronics, batteries, air conditioners, refrigerators, TVs, computers, cell phones, etc., will be accepted. (Some fees apply.)
• 10:30 a.m. – Magnolia tree planting with the Emmaus Shade Tree Commission in the Community Park.
• 11 a.m. – Worm composting demonstration run by Seven Generations Charter School.
• 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. –  Rain barrel workshop run by Seven Generations Charter School

A hot dog lunch provided for participants.
