Dorney Park's Boo! Blast Opens Saturday

Boo! Blast features scare-free Halloween activities for families and kids.

 

 

Boo! Blast opens Saturday, Sept. 15, at Dorney Park, with plenty of scare-free activities for families and kids.

New this year is Trick-Or-Treating with the Dinosaurs at Dinosaurs Alive! and a Petting Zoo.

Boo! Blast runs from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays through Oct. 28. 

Here's what's featured:

Trick or Treat with the Dinosaurs, sponsored by The Crayola Experience of Easton. Kids can collect treats at six stations, in the shadows of more than 30 life-sized, and moving, dinosaurs. There is a separate $5 admission fee from the park entrance fee.

Howl-O-Fest Cove, where families can pick and paint pumpkins, make masks, go through a bale maze and pet zoo animals.

* Clown factory, where youngsters move through a clown-making factory.

Snoopy's Big Treasure Hunt, where youngsters can search for treasure and toys on a pirate ship.

Boo!Blast Shows, where families can join in dance parties and costume contests, hear Mother Goose stories and a watch a Charlie Brown pirate adventure. Show times are available on Dorney Park's website.

Ticket prices vary by date, from $24.99 (seniors) to $32.99 online, and $29.99 (seniors) to $49.99 at the gate. Parking is $15.
